"There was something dark in that last scene. They’re together. They’re badly, deeply hurt, but they still have a love and they’re still drawn to each other. That’s probably the most happy of the ways it could have ended. It came full circle, and I loved shooting that scene. It felt very much like the end of an era — there wasn’t one ounce of innocence left in that relationship."

Anonymous: Can you please give me a link to the deleted C/L sex scene in the promo? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks

Okay I’ve been out of the loop for the past few days, so what’s this about a deleted C/L sex scene?? I know there was a deleted scene from the finale with C/L and a hawk but there’s a deleted sex scene?

"I do hope to keep working and getting roles. For my own pleasure I’d like to look at as many different things as possible. I feel like I have a period drama now. But if something good comes up and it’s a 15th century drama, I mean, I’d do it. I know Cesare was not perfect. I know he was a dark soul and cruel at times, but I loved him."

oooh great! Thank you!! :D

Anonymous: Have you seen Francois in Les Grandes Chaleurs? I couldn't find it online so I purchased the dvd on ebay. It's an adorable film that confirms two things: (1) what a special actor he is; and (2) that he is a yummy physical specimen.

I haven’t seen it yet actually! Been meaning to watch it but I lost the link :( But I have seen gifs from it and he does look quite adorable! As if there was any doubt :’) I really need to find a way to watch it haha.on

Anonymous: When Alfonso says "I'd welcome a challenge, a conquest of any kind" and Cesare grabs him with a look i took as pure hatred on his face, did you think that was sexual innuendo about Lucrezia? As in the lack of sex between A&L, the relationship between C&L? Especially since beforehand he said "i think we can all agree i'm useless here". And what does El Ducia or something Alfonso says and Cesare says "That too" mean? Please :)

Hmm interesting. I didn’t take that as a sexual innuendo, just as Cesare’s inner hatred of Alfonso coming out but I could be wrong. Alfonso definitely was insecure about C/L though. And what he said was Il Duce or something, which I think means Duke as in Duke of Valentois which is what Cesare was :)
